This is a questionnaire that I have made for my audience to complete. I believe that this should help me work on my video with the help of the right audience. My aim is to get at least ten people to fill this out before my music video has been made, as feedback is needed. Finding out the rights and the wrongs which should add up completing my music video as a successful creation.
